Explore Atlanta and Emory through visits to sacred sites and social justice organizations, Make deep friendships with other incoming students and returning student mentors. Enjoy fun activities such as outdoor barbeques, campus scavenger hunts, and more. We welcome all Atlanta-campus first-year students from diverse religious, non-religious, spiritual, and ethical identities. All are welcome. Over the next few weeks, the Archdiocese of Atlanta will be taking a look at what it means to be pro-life through a video series titled “Let Her Speak.” We asked women who have real-life experience with a crisis pregnancy or who work in this ministry to tell their own stories in their own words. The theme chosen by the Holy Father for the occasion is "In old age they will still bear fruit" (Psalm 92:15) and intends to emphasize how grandparents and the elderly are a value and a gift both for society and for ecclesial communities.
