Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible Series
Sunday, May 8 at 10:30 AM - Cannon Chapel Room 105D
Many Catholics want to read the Bible because they know it is God’s Word, but they give up because it seems so complicated. Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible helps you get the “big picture” by showing how fourteen narrative books of the Bible tell the complete story from Adam and Eve to Christ and the Church. Presenter Jeff Cavins shows you how to read the Bible so that you can actually understand it. Aided by the unique color-coded Bible Timeline® Chart, which arranges the key people, places, and events of Scripture in chronological order, Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible will help you discover the story of salvation history and understand how you fit into God’s plan. This eight-session study program includes video presentations that explore all twelve time periods of The Bible Timeline Chart.

For the first time ever, the relics of St. Bernadette will tour the United States, visiting 34 parishes in 23 dioceses. Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta is pleased to host the relics from May 1 - 4. We have assembled an expansive agenda to allow as many of the faithful as possible to venerate the relics while they are here. You can find the full schedule of events on the parish website, or learn more about the USA tour here.

We have spent these last several months journeying together in the synodal process. We will continue that journey as we celebrate the work to care for creation and come together to understand the ways in which we can answer the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor. All are invited to join us for the Laudato Si’ Green Mass at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Bishop Joel M. Konzen S.M. will celebrate the Mass. A reception will follow.

Graduate End-of-Year Survey
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey here!
Graduates! We would like for you to be part of our end-of-year survey where you have an opportunity to provide an honest assessment of what is and is not working for you at the University Catholic Center. It is also our way of updating our records to ensure we don't lose touch as you move forward to the next phase of your lives. Congratulations on reaching the conclusion of this part of your academic journey! We are excited about what God has in store for you.

We have been invited to participate in an unprecedented moment in our Church’s history. On Sunday, Oct. 10, Pope Francis opened a two-year process called the Synod on Synodality (For a Synodal Church: Communion, Participation, and Mission) that will uniquely engage not only Catholics but God’s people all over the world. We invite you now to lend your voice to this process by completing this online survey. In the meantime, please consider reading the preparatory documents for the Synod and other supporting materials.
Support Your Campus Ministry
You may not think you’re in a position to make a difference through charitable giving, however, we believe that learning to support the mission of the Church is an integral part of being formed as a disciple. Charitable giving is an act of love, rooted in Christ. Please consider making or inviting your family to make a small sacrificial gift in support of our daily ministry expenses - the Masses, programs and events, salaries for staff, and more rely heavily on your support! We humbly ask that you consider making a contribution
